1. Purpose
The DilivyGo Fair Use Policy sets out the rules governing reasonable and fair use of our platform, services, and resources. It is designed to protect the quality and reliability of our delivery infrastructure for all customers while ensuring that no single user unfairly consumes shared capacity.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the DilivyGo platform solely for legitimate order management, dispatch, and delivery operations. You may not use the services to transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content, or in any way that violates applicable laws and regulations.
3. Fair Use of Capacity
Our services are provisioned on shared infrastructure. Where your usage materially and consistently exceeds the level reasonably expected for your plan, undermines the experience of other customers, or places an unreasonable burden on our systems, we may request changes to your usage or plan to ensure fair allocation of resources.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform; resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the services without authorization; scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the platform contrary to its intended use; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network.
5. Monitoring and Enforcement
DilivyGo reserves the right to monitor usage of the platform to ensure compliance with this policy. We may take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access, where we reasonably determine that this policy has been breached. Where possible, we will provide notice before any material action is taken.
