DilivyGo Development Program Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
These DilivyGo Development Program Terms of Use (“Program Terms”) govern your participation in the DilivyGo Development Program (“Program”). By applying to, joining, or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Program Terms, together with our Terms of Service and any other applicable policies.
2. The Program
The DilivyGo Development Program provides developers, integrators, and partners with access to DilivyGo's APIs, documentation, and development resources for the purpose of building, testing, and integrating applications that extend or interoperate with the DilivyGo platform.
3. Application and Approval
Participation in the Program is subject to our approval. We may accept or reject any application in our sole discretion and may set limits on access to Program resources. You must provide accurate and complete information during the application process and keep such information up to date.
4. License to Use Development Resources
Subject to your compliance with these Program Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program resources solely to develop, test, and integrate applications as permitted by the Program. You may not sublicense, sell, or otherwise distribute the Program resources.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Program resources, including documentation, APIs, and related materials, remain the property of DilivyGo or its licensors. Your access to and use of these resources does not transfer any ownership or other rights to you, except as expressly set out in these Program Terms.
6. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You agree not to use Program resources in any way that violates applicable law, harms the DilivyGo platform, or interferes with the rights of other participants or customers. You may not use the Program resources to build applications that compete unfairly with the DilivyGo platform or that infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Program resources immediately ends, and you must cease all such use and destroy any copies of the Program resources in your possession.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Program resources are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DilivyGo disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any damages arising from your participation in the Program or use of the Program resources.
9. Governing Law
These Program Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DilivyGo is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
